Repair/Service: Air conditioner check

He gave me the wrong diagnosis. He told me the blower needed to be replaced. He replaced the blower and when I tried it out, it wasn't the problem. I took it back to his shop. and he told me to bring it back the next day, which I did. I called him the next day to find out what the problem was and he told me it was vacuum hoses and he would have to take my dash apart to fix it. He would wait and do the job when I got more money. I made the statement that if it wasn't the blower then could he put the old blower back in. Steve got irratated and he stated that he would put the old blower back and have the van ready in an hour and that I could get this G__ D___ van then hung up on me. I arrived barely 15 minutes later, and supposidedly he had changed the blower and parked the van clear across the parking lot and had my check on the dash. In my opnion, I don't think he changed the blower at all. Two friends checked it out and found that the blower was covered in dust and still looked like the old blower. Very unprofessional to say the least.
