What a joke of a mechanic shop!! I would not recommend ANYONE to go to steve's auto! A bunch of incompetent hillbillies if you ask me! I was told by another mechanic that i would need a new master cylinder, these idiots told me they could fix my problem with a 2 dollar o-ring, i was skeptical, but of course paid them to fix it and a few other things specifically a starting problem..The o ring blew out and i began to once again leak brake fluid..it would have been nice if these idiots had plugged in the light that notified me that my brake fluid was low.. but instead i lost brakes one lovely Sunday morning! I took the car BACK to them, told them to plug it in, picked the car up and it was STILL unplugged!! My mom helped me find the HIDDEN wire and plug it back in. Steve didn't think that a refund for the 60 out of 800 dollars was necessary. I should OWN steve's auto over this, but we are going to let it go. I did notify the better business Bureau. Oh and my car still doesn't start properly. Steve's Auto = Thieves.
