Service was rushed place was a zoo terrible service I was not happy with the quality of the service there was a loud argument between a customer and one of the workers about an oil change and this was scary language used by both were offensive
There were no other customers around. I drove up to the kiosk and it was very confusing then a guy came over and helped me out. In the car wash you put the car in neutral and it pulls you through and your car gets washed by automatic brushes and then a bunch of old guys dry off your car with paper towels. Then you drive in the bay and two very young pretty girls, in very tight jean cut off shorts and short skimpy T-shirts, vacuum out your car. I was the only customer and they had a whole mess of people working there.They were all cooking hamburgers outside. One guy offered me a Bud light while I was waiting for my car to be finished vacuumed. It really hit the spot ! The girls were so cute that I put $ 10 in the tip jar.
These guys charged my credit card twice...OUCH...THAT BURNS !!! I only had one car wash and when I tried to talk with them they were very rude. iwould love to give these guys a zero star rating
Used Coupon but was told that coupon was for cheap oil that would make my engine wear out faster, since I was there i got the recommended oil. It took a long time , they tried to sell me other parts. They were very pushy. My car smoked a lot after I left. My husband checked it out and discovered they over filled the oil and the smoke was from the oil burning off inside the engine. I was the only customer and the entire staff was working on my car and i think that two different workers filled my oil . A mistake but they were too pushy about it.
Totally lacking in experience. My car was streaked and when I tried to resolve the matter , I was spoken to very harshly. No Business Ethic and revolting use of language. i was nothing less than receptive to having my car rewashed since it was not done properly I shall not be back
In response to kjahm's fraudulent review on November 15, 2011, the facility is always run to the highest standards of business and moral ethics. Having successfully operated automotive service businesses for over 20 years, I can say that in the rare instance when any customer has an incorrect charge applied to their credit card, one of three events occur. 1. The closing Manager finds the discrepancy at the close of business that same day and notifies the customer. 2. The Senior Bookkeeper finds the discrepancy by the end of the week and also notifies the customer.. 3. The consumer sees the discrepancy almost immediately and either calls or returns to the facility immediately for a correction. What never happens, is that they "file a complaint with the authorities". The only people who write this sort of review, I have found, are representatives from the competition, who find themselves with idle time because they feel our presence in the market. This then leads them to react out of fear and desparation, posting bogus reviews as you can see above. I invite all who read this to come to the Squeaky Clean Car Wash and Lube Center, and find out how friendly, professional and courteous an automotive service busines can be.
As the Manager of this establishment, we do not have any system that automatically charges customer credit cards on a recurring basis. Although these types of unlimited wash plans do exist, we do not have one.
I went here one time but i live in Coventry Connecticut and was never in the area again..so I never went back.i just happen to be doing some work in that area of Connecticut and I decided to get a wash..They continued to charge my credit card on a monthly basis and I filed a complaint with my credit card company then I finally asked for a new card with a new account number and it solved the problem for me.
Hosed by wash,they charged my credit card much more than the price of a car wash. have filed complaints with authorities,
