I used to work for this company at 2 of their locations, Sweetwater and Maryville. The owners are not good people and their only concern is padding their bank accounts. We used to get oil shipments once a month, but only 100 or so gallons at a time, which would last about 10 days. The rest of the month the managers would have us order the cheapest oil we could from the local parts stores, usually O'reilly or Advance brand, pour it directly in the tanks, and sell it to the customers as whatever they desired. Pennzoil,Castrol, etc. This company also had a 240% markup over cost on parts and sometimes poured used oil, antifreeze, and transmission fluid directly into the ground and sewer systems. Also discharged refrigerant from ac systems, which no one was EPA licensed to perform service, into the atmosphere. Any time one of the employees would let it be known that we didn't like lying to customers we would be threatened with termination. Not a good place to work and definitely not a recommended shop to have ANY service performed on your vehicle. You will not get what you will pay a premium price for!
