Repair/Service: Timing belt replaced two times

We took our car to this repair shop. It took us eight weeks to get a five day job completed. Then the work was not quality work, seven weeks later the car was back in the shop for almost the same reason. The first time that it was repaired, parts were not changed out that should have been changed. The owner will not return phone calls at ALL and is not a professional business owner at all. There have been several reports to the Better Business Bureau against this business for slow service. When I woud call to inquire about my automobile, he would tell me that it would be ready by the end of the week but it had not even been repaired. This is an automobile that our daughter drove 45 miles one way to college and the last time it broke down was in November and six months later the car is still not fixed. He says that he gurantees his parts and labor but that is not the case.
