The worstauto shop or any business in general Ive ever ealt wit.
My car broke down about a week after picking it up. They kept my car for about 2-3 months. I sent it back to get if fixed again and it took couple more months to get my car back. Not only I was never informed and had to call the shop myself every week they also picked my car up without telling me and dropped it off without me being present and inspecting the car.
They never call back, keep you up to date or let you talk to someone in charge. I am still trying to get in touch with the owner but the mechanics at the shop keeps hanging up on me and telling me that I'm lying about the leak or a shifter. Very irresponsible, careless and rude.
