Repair/Service: bought a truck

Took them almost 8 weeks to get me a title. They would never return a phone call. When I finally got to speak to the owner, Malcolm Richhart, he refused to take the truck back and refund my money, as allowed by state law since he didn't provide me the title in the timeframe allowed. His last words to me were "go f___ yourself" only he didn't leave out any letters. I filed complaints with Secretary of State's Office, Attorney General's Office, BBB. Just waiting for those to be investigated. I still want money back, hope the Att. General's Office can help me. Before you go to Richhart's, call the Morgan County Prosecutors Office and ask how many complaints they have had. I don't know if they ever file charges, because he gets the titles to people very late, but they get them. I believe he is buying vehicles wholesale, but doesn't get the titles because he is running behind. I think maybe he has to sell so many more cars before he can pay for yours, or mine, and get the title. Just my opinion.
