I was looking for a new shop near Weddington because the shop I has used for 40 years plus was closing.
My first visit was to get my car inspected. I was impressed by their genuinely friendly customer service. My second visit I need my alternator checked, Walker tested my alternator and diagnosed replacement was needed. After getting a second opinion, I returned to Rail Side Auto and was again very pleased with their genuine, personable, and empathetic attitude. I was treated estremely fairly and respectfully. If you're looking for and honest and knowledge place to have your car repair, PLEASE TRY THIS SHOP YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY.
