I went to these guys to have my t p s installed and adjusted they refused to recognize that i knew what was wrong with it but they installed the t p s with out adjusting it properly. I am a handicapped man and have difficulties getting around so when i get out i don't really enjoy it. So i went back to explain to them that they had adjusted it wrong they refused to listen to me basically harassed me for my handicapped situation. So a few weeks later when i could take my vehicle to Toyota to have them adjust it properly they listened to me an adjusted it accordingly and it runs perfect now. So i went back to Pro Tech the owner harassed me and said i should have discussed it with them before i went to Toyota.i explained i did and his mechanic argued with me. so i told him it was not healthy for me to get mad it was a moot point all i wanted was my t p s adjusted. NOT an argument.He reluctantly gave me my monies back then proceeded to harass me about my handicapped situation . long story short this guy should not be in business he is not a very compassionate person.I recommend that people who own Toyota's should go to Toyota and have their vehicles worked on it might cost a little more but it comes with a lot less hassle and a lot more respect.
