Absolutely horrible customer service and follow through on communications. Damaged the bumper of my vehicle and despite discussing this issue with several people, I was dismissed and told the damage couldn't have happened at their shop. It was obvious they used straps to support the bumper on reassembly causing gouges and paint loss. They wouldn't take any responsibility. They just wanted me out of the shop and since they already had my money, why would they care? This place was based on a recommendation from a local police officer, and what a mistake this was. My family and friends will be staying FAR away from this place.
