They have gained a life long customer with me. I got an estimate from another automotive place for $1,700 worth of unnecessary stuff. I brought it to Polk for a second opinion and they let me know that the other place was basically just trying to rip me off. They brought me into the garage and physically showed me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car. Polk Auto is a family owned business (3 generations) that prides themselves on being honest and only doing the work that is necessary. The waiting room is clean and the employees are extremely friendly. I will tell everyone I know about this place!
