On Nov 24th 2010 i stopped in to have gear oil added to transmission. When I paid, I was given change as though I had given a $20 even though I had presented a $50. I did not notice until much later when I stopped for gas. When I called the following friday(after thanksgiving) I was told since I could not prove it, nothing would be done. They are dishonest and I would never use a Piststop center for any reason ever again

These guys are great! Only 44.95 plus atf fluids is a great bargain! (PEP Boys wanted 129.99 for same service!) Technicians were professional and fast-was in and out of there in 20 minutes! GREAT JOB PIT STOP!!! I will always use them for my fluid changes! Sincerely, Joe Bendix

Very Fast and efficient! Staff and techs are all polite and professional and KNOWLEDGEABLE (how refreshing!)Did a stellar job with little wait time-LOVE IT!! Will always use Pit Stop on my car in Burien,they are GREAT!
