OMG....PLEASE STAY AWAY! Went in for oil change/tire rotation. Never topped off any fluids or put air in tires, none of that. So had to go back to get it rectified and when they finished and we drove out, our thermostat shot up and a warning message sounded that the engine could seize. So back we brought the car. They said it was nothing that they did, but could do a diagnostic on it. So we did and they concluded it needed all this new stuff done to it. They quoted us an OUTRAGEOUS price to which we went nuts over and then they decided to CUT IT IN HALF. OUT THE DOOR & AFTER TAXES. So we said, okay whatever go ahead. So as we were walking out the door, they call us back over and tell us the price jumped back up to DOUBLE b/c a DIFFERENT MANAGER said no to the price reduction!! So they quote us a price out the door and then take it back and DOUBLE IT! After raising a raucous and getting all managers involved, they lowered it back down. That is a long story very short. TRULY A NIGHTMARE!. Seriously!
