Watch out for unethical and possibly illegal business practices with this shop, which is actually located on Rugg Rd just off Cambridge. I brought my car here for an estimate, and when they called with the estimate (which was more than double the estimate given at a different shop that I would have gone to if not for time constraints), was told it would be $130 to get the car back if I chose not to proceed with the work. They gave no notification of charges for estimates/diagnostics, and when I said that, the story changed to the charges being for work that was already done, even though I never authorized work without an estimate. When I showed up to try to get my car back, the work had already been completed. Beware!
