I have been going to One Stop Auto for the past three years because their friendly and they get the job done fast. I have never felt like I over paid and there have been mutipal times where I came in for something small and they didnt charge me a penny. When I walk in I feel like family, everyone remembers my name and what car I drive. I can tell the staff has a priceless amout of knowledge. I will be a life long coustomer for them because I know that there is not a single shop that is better.

I have used this shop for all my needs. What you get at One Stop are honest men at honest rates. They will not play around and always do a good job. They always remember you by name and treat you well. They have helped me many a times and even give me rides to and from home and work since I'm local. I have never had a problem in the countless times I have gone. Jimmy is a manager over there and will always walk you through what the problem on your car is, explaining everything in detail along the way because he not only wants to be transparent with you but he wants to educate you and let you really know what is going on. If you ever have an issue speaks to Jimmy or Kevin and they will always answer your questions clearly or put you at ease. There is no other place I would go. I have recommended many friends and family here and they have all had good experiences. I even had my car towed 100 miles just to come back here when my engine seized up.

One Stop Auto overcharged me for work they claim they did. So, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and took in my second vehicle for them to fix. One Stop is awful. They cheated me and lied. Don't use this place!!!!Warning...Look at all the broken down vehicles parked in their lot.
