Hood River Oil Can Henrys failed to lubricate the U joints on my four wheel drive SUV for three years. As a result, they all failed and had to be replaced. Part of the service is a "chassis lube", technically the U joints are not on the chassis, but I think most people expect a lube job to do all the lubrication points. I asked them if they did the driveshaft lube points; they said they did, and they charge extra for four wheel drive vehicles to do so.
