STOP!!! Please, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VECHILE TO NORTHWEST TUNEUP!!!!

It finally cost me over $1,400.00...After taking my vehicle to Northwest Tuneup for repair...As I later learned from Jim, and I quote, "We can't do front end alignments here" and, as I later learned...after having my vehicle PROPERLY repaired...Northwest Tune-up...even, Put in the WRONG PARTS!!!

After paying Northwest Tune-up...over $1,400.00...then having to take my vehicle elsewhere to have it properly repaired...I ended up having have to replace 2 NEW Tires on the front end, I was told by the new repair men...Northwest Tune-up even PUT in the WRONG parts and tie-rods!!!

I was so upset...I went back there to show the Owner my REPAIR expenses...After Jim had "said he fixed my vechile" and all he could tell me was..."I guess I will have to talk to Jim"...that was the last I heard...they could have cared less...yet I am STILL out $1,400.00. not including over $1,000.00 that North West Tune-up charged me...for doing it wrong.

I should have known better when Jim gave me a price of $300.00 for a new wheel and I told him...I was shopping around and I can get it for $200.00 from someplace else...and then Jim said, "Oh, I can sell it to you for that price too"...what a SNAKE!

Save Money...Please shop elsewhere...
