Repair/Service: Tow and replacement alternator

They were great. Quick response time, professional, fair price (Subaru). They came immediately to jump start my car, followed me in case the charge didn't hold - which it didn't and they had to jump it again. My alternator was shot and couldn't be fixed so they phoned around to 4 different places to find the alternator at the best price and didn't even mark it up; they just charged me labor - which wasn't much at all. The part was in the next day. They've been around forever. Everybody I talk with recommends Norb's. PS. I THINK their hourly rate is $45 - not 100% certain on that.
