I had repair work done (insurance) and added some additional work which I paid for out of my pocket.I requested the shop keep some of the old parts and place them in the trunk, they did not do this. I later discovered that the paint did not match the old paint. I pointed this out only to be told that it needed to be blended to make it match which they would gladly do for an additional 300 plus dollars! I brought them a car that was one consistent color I should have gotten the same back! If they had told me at the start of the work that they would not make the paint match unless I paid extra, I would not have had the extra work done! What a scam!
