Astounded by the ineptitude, unwarranted egos, unwillingness to do a job already paid for and shady business practices of Moe's Tires and Auto in Simsbury.

They do not warranty work and will not submit defective parts that they have used in the vehicle under manufacturer warranty unless you have consented to their unnecessary and costly repairs.

WORST experience that I have ever had dealing with a repair shop in a lifetime of dealings with small repair shops.

The people come off as kind, understanding folks but will lie to you about the state of your vehicle, use questionable methods in both repairs and business, and then when an issue arises with their work or materials they used, the staff and owner will be as unhelpful as humanly possible.
