I took my 2008 Honda Civic to midas in ellicott city because i was hearing some loud squeeling noises when i pressed down on the brakes and the steering wheel was shaking almost out of control.
The manager John was very professional and attended to my every need. He explained to me exactly what my vehicle needed (brakes), why it was needed, how long it would take and how much it was going to cost. Also he arranged me a ride to and from his shop so that i was able to go home while my car was being repaired. When i left the shop my car was quiet and smooth and still is. I can say i feel much better knowing that john and his excellent crew fixed my brakes. I will reccomend this shop to anyone and everyone that i can because of the excellent customer service. :)!!!!!!!!!! Thank you John !!!!!!!
