Repair/Service: belts replaced

On friday March 25th of 2011 I brought my car into a Meineke location in D'iberville, MS to get my belts replaced. On saturday April 2nd the alternator belt slipped off and left me stranded. I called a mobile mechanic because the Meineke location was closed for the day. the mobile mechanic thought it might be a malfunctioning pulley but after putting the new belt on informed me that the pulleys were fine and that the reason the belt slipped off was because of the mechanics error. after calling the store and informing them what happened the person I talked to (Lenny) insisted that it wasn't there fault and that I had a bad pulley. Needless to say I will never do business with Meineke again and will share my story with all my friends. Meineke just lost a customer.
