The air conditioning went out on my Acura. On June 21 I went to two different auto repair shops and was quoted over $800.00 by one shop and over 700.00 by a second shop. I thanked the mechanics for the estimate and figured I would put it on a credit card. I went home and decided I would hit the internet. So I Googled auto repair and found automd.com. I knew I needed a a/c condenser. I found the part on the Internet for a reasonable price but could not believe the price for installing it. I followed the instructions on the website, and sure enough I was able to get a pre negotiated quote for the repair.
Here is the best part, the quoted price was the actual price! The Mechanical Doctors not only honored their quote, they didn't up sell me on other services,and brought me back home after I dropped off my car. My car was completed in one day like it was promised. Then only reason it was not done sooner is the part had to be delivered. Today is June 28 and I writing this review because Automd.com. delivered what they promised and Mechanical Doctors delivered what they promised. After all, that is what we are paying for! I found my new mechanic!
