MB Service center is the poster child of worst case scenario for repair facilities. First, they “gave me a deal”, which translates to, the owner Tony Barbee obtained a part for my car from a junkyard. Secondly, my car was in the shop for almost a week, I was promised 2 days and I found my vehicle sitting in front of a restaurant over the weekend it was in the shop, I was told it was not drivable. When I picked it up, there was food (take out boxes) and several empty cups in the front and back floor boards. There were also several receipts that let me know it had been driven almost every day it was in the shop, I have never been so disrespected and taken advantage of. And to top it all off, I think some parts that were not involved in the repair were taken off and replaced. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND mb SERVICE Center to my enemies. I’m sure the owner will be in jail soon.
I recommend very few people. MB is the most knowledgeable and trustworthy when it comes to BMW and Mercedes. I know Tony the owner was certified by BMW as well as a veteran who served his country honorably. All of that to say, he is humble and honest and unbelievably reasonable. The dealership mechanics have screwed me into the ground before but Tony and his crew are on my side. Use him and tell your friends about him. He also gives free oil changes for refferals. we all need him to stay in business for a long time. There are few business owners out there like him! Enjoy! dale hunter
