Does the car dealership have the right to keep ur deposit if u dont get approved for a car loan?Yes!!! This company is a rip-off. I went to finance a car, they request a 100dlls deposit in a "Good faith" after they turned me down, its being impossible to get my refund back. They claimed they refund my money, but they never did! Be aware! and I'm not the first one! Please! check them on the Best Business Bureau before buy anything from them!
