Wish I could give 0 stars. Not sure about the hourly rate but I am sure that they ruined my car. They were the ones that recommended I take my 740il to fix the check engine light problem....another rip off place. Martel's had my car for 6 months. They broke more than they fixed and did not disclose that the broke off my cup holder tray and threw it in the glove box, messed up the blower for the air/heat which worked fine prior to my taking it there, messed up the car stereo system; removed bolts needed for front seats harnesses.list continues. Customer beware. If you like your car, DO NOT BRING IT HERE!!!
