To anyone who has been scammed by Magic. They are now Executive Collision and are still up to their old tricks. I've started a case against them with the Attorney General's Office. Please add your report to mine to make the case stronger. I don't want to see them take anyone else.

Dont do it. They should be shut down for their poor service. If you take your car there, believe that you are in for a long ride of bull shit. I don't know what they do there, but it ain't work on cars. DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR THERE!!!!

watch out; they use police scanners to track accidents; $150 turns into $ 500 with all the fees; they had my injured daughter sign a form and when she went to the ER they had the vehicle and unless you have cash they keep the vehicle; going to police to see what we can do; even insurance company can not believe how they operate - be careful

After an accident where there was body and mechanical damage to the right front area of my 2006 Toyota Corolla, on August 27, 2010, Magic Auto Center agreed to do the repairs with an estimated time of 2-3 weeks. After one month, repairs had still not been started, and I called them on average of once every ten days for the next two months requesting an update, only to be told that it was still not ready. After two and a half months, I finally gave them an ultimatum that they had two more weeks to complete the repairs, or I was going to initiate legal proceedings. When the car was finally delivered on December 3, 2010, it wouldn't start, a loud noise was coming from the right front area, the steering pulled sharply to the right, there was damage to the left side of the car that was not there when they received it, a $300.00 amplifier had been stolen from the trunk, the car was dirty and greasy parts and clothing were left inside. I had to take the car to a Toyota dealership to have the repairs examined, and it was determined that the wrong parts had been used in the axle/strut/suspension on the right front. Magic Auto had forged the signature on the check from the insurance company and cashed it on September 1, 2010. As of December 23, 2010, the repairs have not been completed and the car is not safe to drive. A lawsuit is in the works.
