Don't trust your car to these clowns. They gave me a slightly lower estimate than others to lure me in, only to call me halfway through the job to tell me something or other came up and they have to charge me substantially more than the initial estimate. After I reluctantly agreed to accept the new higher price and let them finish the job, it still isn't fixed right. When I called to tell them that, they gave me the runaround and suggested even higher priced additional repairs. They also claimed that they had never told me they could fix the problem in the first place. I found the contrast between their eagerness to take the job initially and their reluctance to deal with me after I paid them quite striking.

Repair/Service: exhaust repair

I have a Maverick that i wanted to put performance exhaust on. I went to 5 other exhaust shops and they ALL said it couldnt be done. I went into MadHatter Muffler in Collinsville Il expecting the same answer, but their main guy said sure no problem. Within an hour and a half i had a AWESOME exhaust for a GREAT price. The service was great, polite and fast working. There prices are the best around. since i've gotten my exhaust i have gone to 2 car shows and gotten many compliments on the sound and the look. i would reconmend these guys to anyone around. 5 freaking stars!!!!!
