Repair/Service: door replacement and body repair

They have had our van for 7 weeks and counting. Every week that we call for a pick up date they need another week. We only used this shop because keystone coach recommended them. The damage was for approximately 6 thousand dollars. They are not rebuilding a whole new van. Do they only have one worker? I have no idea what the final job will look like. Will we ever get our van back? I wished that we would have taken our van to the dealer. They would be able to repair their make of vehicle in a timely manner. It has never taken this long to have a vehicle of ours ever repaired. I would never use this shop again or recommend it to anyone.
