I just wanted to say that I had an excellent experience at the Maaco Body Shop in Villa Park Illinois (103 W Roosevelt Rd). Nick and Bob were extremely professional and courteous when I dealt with them. My Ford Explorer was in a rear end accident and the body shop did an excellent job at replacing the rear trailer hitch, pulling the dents out of the rear liftgate and refinishing the bumper and liftgate in a timely fashion. They were prompt at notifying the insurance company of additional damage that they found when they pulled the bumper off and they kept me well informed throughout the process. The Progressive concierge service quoted me a repair time of greater than 1 week to fix the SUV whereas they completed all the repairs in just under 4 days! I highly recommend this body shop and the level of customer service they provide is unlike any other repair shop I have dealt with.
