i had the pads and rotors (supposedly) replaced-had multiple problems develop afterward. They would not repair their mistakes after 3 return trips- had to get brakes fixed correctly at another shop, spending lots more $$$.

Repair/Service: Replaced Plugs and Cracked Air Tube

The team worked on our 2002 Landrover Freelander which is not an easy task to start with. We have been having issues with the Rover for a few months and took it to the Landrover dealership in Naperville where they told us we needed to replace the manifold all together. After taken it to a few other shops and dealerships we confirmed the Landrover dealership was trying to take us for a $2,500.00 ride. Other dealerships told us it's just the plugs and a crack in the air tube. So we took it to Louie's in Oswego and they told us the same thing! We appreciate everyone's honestly and knew we were not going to trust the Landrover dealership after other issues we have had with them in the past. Mara was extremely helpful. I called on Monday they looked it over, fixed it, and I picked it up before 2:00pm on Tuesday! She even took the time to go over the parts that they replaced and explained everything in detail.
