This shop did a wonderful job on the transmission service. Not only did they have it done in a timely manner, the shop owner also explained for me exactly what needed to be done and why. It was the first time I felt like i could completely trust a mechanic's shop. I have yet to hear a bad word about this shop and I recommend Bill to everyone I know!
