We took a totaled BMW into Leifs against everyone's warning because they had a loaner car. Although the car should have been totaled, Leif's claimed to have ordered $30,000 in parts that they forced the insurance company to pay them before they would release the car. They did this even though they said that they were unable to actually do the work. Upon request they were unable to provide the parts or the parts receipts for over a month. We were forced to take a car that should have been totaled to another shop who, along with the BMW dealer will never be able to make the car whole. These people have earned their reputation as professional screw jobs.
Follow up on the April 1st, report above. The car could not be repaired. It is in the BMW Dealer more than it is home. The car could not be repaired and Leif's made the mark up on the parts.
