Repair/Service: Oil change

Unhappy with their performance. I usually change my own oil. After taking in to this shop when I was busy, when I went back to change it again, the drain plug nearly needed a breaker bar to get off, the oil filter was both dented (it's a 98 civic, filter's up and over the half-shaft aft of the block, it's not like this happened while driving) and over-tightened. They also likely missed one or both split rack and pinion boots (yes, both have split), which would have been a good catch before the grease left and the road grime got in. But they sure tried to sell me on their many point inspection, where they showed me my dirty radiator fluid (just replaced) and my bad battery (Ok, that one was legit). Point is, they tried to sell me on several services based on their inspection, but missed basic underbody checks, and put a scratch and dent filter on, and, like most oil shops, practically impact wrench everything on. Would it kill them to look up the torque values? It's not like civics are a rare job or anything. OK, rant complete. I don't recommend this shop.
