PLEASE BEWARE!! I gave these people a one star rating but they don't even deserve that. I'm not a hater...just someone who wants to spare you A LOT of headaches. They appeared professional at first but they are really good at the run-around game. Apparently they only have one mechanic; every time I asked to speak with him, he was always out. Either it was his day off or he was conveniently at lunch. All I wanted was to get a status on my car-they were not professional enough to tell me that the parts were delayed or THEY MADE A MISTAKE THAT WAS GOING TO TAKE A FEW DAYS TO FIX. Instead, they told they would call right back. DO yourself a favor. GO TO ANOTHER MECHANIC. Even if it is something as simple as an oil change. I am convinced that these people are incapable of doing even that without ruining you vehicle. If you want a great Kwik Kar mechanic, go to 6424 Greenville Avenue their phone is (214) 696-5454.
