EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the vehicle purchase and more importantly the customer service. Horrible experience purchasing a CPO vehicle that turned out to have poor body work done to at least one whole side of the vehicle AND have 3 very poor condition tires (one of which ended up having a belt sticking out the inside of it). I repeated since driving home from the purchase tried to tell them that something was seriously wrong with the tires. They denied that over and over, even after me bringing the Yukon back for them to specifically look at the tires. Had to go to another dealership to find out how dire the situation really was. That dealership representative stated that there would be no way that they would certify 3 out of the 4 tires on the Yukon. Even the 4th was questionable. Even after bringing this back to Krieger's attention, they still tried to haggle and weasel their way out of fixing the situation. Then I discovered the bad body work and had a neutral party/professional body shop look at the Yukon. They showed me that at least the WHOLE drivers side had been repainted and the work was poor quality. After bringing this up to not only Generals Motors CPO program representatives (who basically did nothing) but also, Krieger's...YOU GUESSED IT, still tried to weasel out of it. And because I am just a working class individual with little excess money, looks like I get screwed and Krieger's walks away successful again (who knows how many buyers they screw over every year). But what I can and will do is get my word out there for anyone else contemplating buying from Krieger's. I may not have the money to litigate the issue, but I have all the time in the world to spread the word of my experiences. STAY AWAY>>> In fact, I ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). That complaint went unanswered by Krieger's. Who are not actually a member of the BBB (Wonder why!!!). AND my complaint is not the only complaint that has went unanswered by them. BOTTOM LINE...STAY AWAY. They epitimize the familiar 'Used Car Salesman' trademark. There are plenty of dealerships out there for you to buy from. Take my word, DONT BUY FROM KRIEGER'S. I cant say enough about how disappointed I am with Krieger's. They really put on a good front to sell you a vehicle and once they make that money its like they dont care about anything else. Future business means nothing to them. It seems to be all about the almighty dollar now. (especially since they obviously could care less about any sort of BBB accredidation) Keep on moving. Whatever money you think you will be saving here, trust me, its not worth it as it will cost more in the end.
