Called Kost on Dec. 4, 2014. Made an appointment for a Toyota Tacoma for oil change, lube, tire rotation and state inspection on 8:00 Dec. 8, 2014. Didn't have time to take it myself so the wife took it for me. When the wife got home the invoice said the oil and filter was changed, truck was lubed, inspection was done, and the tires were rotated. I marked the rear wheels before it went for service. When the truck was returned to me, the rear wheels were in the same position. Called Kost immediately and asked if they rotated the tires. The man at the desk checked with the mechanic and reported back to me that they "definitely were". Informed him that the wheels were marked before it was taken in for service and they were not moved. He offered to take it back in and rotate tires. However I do not want to drive another 40 miles roundtrip to let them fix something that should have been done right the first time.
