I took my new car with less than 10,000 miles to this Jiffy Lube for a standard oil change. While accessing my cabin air filter through the glove box, the technicians managed to crack the plastic that holds the piston arm because they failed to replace the part properly and then forced the glove box closed. The entire glove box now needs to be replaced because it's a small molded part on the glove box itself. I showed the damage to the manager the next day, and he said he would investigate the claim and talk to his bosses about my options. A week later, I still hadn't heard from Jim, so I called Jiffy Lube myself. He said that he believed my husband must have caused the damage and that he had nothing to do with it. He refused to pay for any repair. When I asked who else I might talk to about my options, he insisted that he was the be-all-end-all of the decisions made at that particular Jiffy Lube. Customer Service Fail! Clearly Jiffy Lube is at fault and their complete unwillingness to address this damage is unacceptable. We have been taking our cars to this franchise for years and will not be going back to any Jiffy Lube in the future. Do yourself a favor and do the same. Avoid giving these people your business.
