My BMW M3 transmission needed to be replaced and these guys were exceptionally honest in setting expectations, time frames, and expectations. The price was right (and told up front) and there wasn't a single point of contention through the already stressful situation of needing a replacement of this caliber. It is very scary taking your car to a shop do this kind of work and I'm more than pleased to say that they exceeded my expectations across the board. I would and will recommend them to anyone needing transmission service. I posted the labor price charged w/tax (does not include parts) because I think that is the most relevant and helpful.
