  • Repair/Service: O2 sensor replacement

    Hourly Rate: $35

    Total Cost: $270

This guy ripped me off. He charged me $ 230 (with tax) for a part that costs under $ 70 at online stores and under $ 90 at the retailer's. When I asked him to replace the part with one that I bought from the store, he refused, saying that he will not take the part back unless there is something wrong with it. He also refused to show me the receipt for the part that he charged $ 230 for. And then he says that he is allowed to make profit on the part (still not showing the receipt or how much he payed for it).

  • Repair/Service: Everything

    Hourly Rate: $35

    Total Cost: $2000

I have been going here for years. This man is a life saver. He has always been fair and honest. I've recommended him to all of my friends.

The hourly rate and total cost are hypothetical. I've brought my cars to him forever and I know he's been fair.

  • Repair/Service: Everything

    Hourly Rate: $30

    Total Cost: $1200

(The hourly rate and total cost are hypothetical. It always varies on the type of labor being done)

I've never been happier with a mechanic. I've been going here for years- he is very fair and has always been helpful and easy to work with. There's been times that he's had to fit my car in at the last minute and he was so easygoing about it. I'd recommend him to anyone!

Reading "B's" reviews makes me wonder why he/she thought that their mechanic would simply replace a part for free... All labor comes with a cost. If you're looking for fair prices, trust me- you want to go to Jean's Auto.
