The fix for the dent and paint repair of the door was excellent. The problem with the shop is customer service from the manager/owner. I left messages for the owner/manager for three consecutive days regarding a question that I had and received no response from him. In this economic environment, customer service is still a worthy commodity and the shop in Lansing is lacking.

Repair/Service: LF Collision Repair

Hourly Rate: $115

Total Cost: $6500

JDM Collision Repair fixed the damages on my vehicle within a week of getting the approval from the insurance, ok awesome! Go pick the car up from the body shop and as im pulling away on Friday night i hear a growling noise from the LF where it was hit. Take it back Monday and they say a LF wheel bearing is bad, they replace it with a "Toyota Factory Part". Pick it up the following day after hours and dont even make it out of the lot, same noise. Take it back the following day once again for the third trip, Now they change their story and tell me its my brand new tires that are less then a month old... No Noise Before The Accident, Noise After Accident. REFUSE TO FIX THE PROBLEM AFTER THE SECOND TIME GOING BACK!!! I WOULD NEVER TAKE MY CAR HERE AGIAN. TOTTALY IGNORANT STAFF!

Fantastic Job from start to finish. There was a rental car waiting for me when I got there. All I had to do was drop my car and go. I got updates from Tracy at the counter as well as John the owner, both were helpful and informative. They even assisted me with the claim process!!!!! I will never go any where else for my car repair. They offer a lifetime guarantee for the work the do, which I have in writing. Free touch ups for life too. Thank You JDM for making this whole process smooth and easy : )

Repair/Service: Front Bumper and suspension up front

State Farm recommended this shop to me, I went there for initial estimate and there was no way I was taking my car anywhere else. Rob the manager was great, explained the repairs to me in lamest terms so I could understand it. My car was done quickly and it looked AMAZING when I picked it up! Clean inside and out, they touched up all my little knicks. I also like the fact that its family run, John the owner (who came and talked and met me personally) and Tracy in front office are related. It's nice to know there are still family run businesses out there! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

All I can say is OUTSTANDING!!! I have been to the Olympia Fields location before, but when I found out they took over the old shop in Lansing recently I was thrilled. (So much closer to my home) Received great service at both stores, love the staff, very down to earth. They even offered to deliver my car if I could not get a ride. Well Done JDM!!
