Repair/Service: towing and belt put back on

My boyfriend and I were broken down in Mc Donalds parking lot in Evergreen, Alabama. We called a tow truck because the car would not go anywhere, the service belt had came off somehow and could not get it back on. The tow truck came, the man did not clarify his name. We were only 2 miles from the shop, it took 3 men to put a belt on and one of them stated that I had a water leak, that they did not ask if we wanted it fixed! Not even 45 minutes later, my car was overheating completely and leaked antifreeze really bad. They charged us $195.00 for complete nonsense!! It states on this page that it is $75.00 an hour, it took them 20 minutes to put a belt back on. I highly dislike this place, and because of them we were stranded on the side I 65 with a bad water leak and a overheating car!
