Repair/Service: Tire rods/ends replacement

Hourly Rate: $95.00

Total Cost: $325.00

Tire rods replaced, outer end on one and inner rod on the other. Front wheel alignment was also done for an added fee. But Only after a month or two, I can feel that my wheel on one side particularly the right front was making a rubbing noise when I will make a sharp turn or making a U-turn. Made a call to the shop to have it check; the operator, by the name of Dave (Dale, should I misheard), was on the other end of the phone call, who, aside from being SO LACKING of customer service skills (i.e. courtesy, understanding customer needs and concerns of issues at hand, etc.), is appallingly unhinged! This man has all the arrogance to say that they have all the confidence that all of their auto service or relative job/repairs done on your car are 100% sure flawless and nothing could certainly go wrong!!!! So I guess, even the most modern technological advancements in the auto industry simply cannot be imperfect? Reality is, there's no evidence anywhere to support whether that is a fact. And, I wonder why auto manufacturers and almost all of auto repair shop have a warranty/guarantee period??? I asked this man to check these tire rods they have replaced because probably they need to be redone, unfortunately, in as much as too bad they otherwise just did a LOUSY, CRAPPY job! Yet, what this Dave or Dale guy only have to say was he will charge a fee for taking a look at this problem... oh, how convenient?!!! So PATHETIC! What a waste of money and time to go to that place!!!
