This mechanic is not conscientious of it's customers. Their voicemail is always full (try calling them 954-735-3905) and they have your auto for weeks on end. two guesses as to why the voicemail is full = either they don't care what you have to tell them or they have way too many problems for the phone system to handle. Buyer beware.

I gave them a rating of 1 only because people would assume no stars to mean I forgot to submit a rating.

over charged for work done
your car used a the owner's personal vehicle
excuse after excuse when it comes time for them to produce an invoice after payment

mismanagement of records

Repair/Service: Full Engine Replacement

I have used Hi Tech for all of my body and mechanical repairs for over 10 years and 4+ cars (that includes my my wifes' cars and my own). They have done everything for us from minor bodywork to a full engine replacement in my last vehicle. I don't understand why anyone would give them a poor rating, but I guess things happen and people are always more likely to report a bad experience.

I flat-out disagree. The shop is great, and the owners really are the nicest people in the world. They have ALWAYS done right by me, and are honest to the point where they have told me NOT to have things fixed - a rare thing in the auto repair industry!

I came to this site looking for their address, but when I saw the bad reviews I felt like I needed to give them a positive one to boost their rating back up where it should be!

Please don't listen to the other reviewers - I love Hi Tech!
