The car was towed to their impound lot after an accident. The cost of the service was not communicated to me. in less than a week they had a lien put on the vehicle and charged nearly the value of the vehicle to get it out of hock. They have even moved the car to the auction yard before sending a the lien information. NEVER USE Henry's!
