Bob is a total crook and a bully. I came in after sliding into a curb nearby on a rainy day with my 15 month old daughter. I left the car at Hayg to get an estimate. Bob called later and said it would be around $550. I told him that I could not afford that - intending to get the car towed to my regular mechanic. He then said he may be able to change just one part for $150. When he called the next time, he had already done work that totaled over $40O. When I complained about not telling me the new estimate, he yelled at me.
Bob is rude and dishonest.
I had no choice but pay and get my car at that point. The total was over $500.
