The first impression you get is very welcoming. The shop is like a Concierge, One-Stop Shop. When we picked up our car, it was delivered in top shape, the paint job and color match was excellent and superb. There were no wrinkles or cracks on the paint. Mike takes care of all of your needs: appraiser contact, iIsurance, Car Rental and thorough communication of the work to be done, and any necessary follow-up. In addition, if the car needs oil change or some other mechanical work, they also arrange the services in-house. One important thing I noticed is that he treats his employees as family members and that's a good sign of commitment, because you know that you can expect your car by the day is promised. H4 is out of my way, but I know that I will be satisfied with the quality and service I get and I wouldn't compromise that!
