Repair/Service: Swap our tire to our rim

HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Got number from our GPS called them on an emergency late last night @ 11pm. We had a blow out on our trailer. We had a good spare but, rim to our spare did not fit our trailer. All we needed was for them to swap our tire to our rim, I realize for convenience they charged us $65 for a $20 job. Fair enough. We leave literally less then a mile down the road the tire they installed for us, falls off of rim! We call, right of the bat the son started w/"we didn't do nothing wrong, we did it right". They come check the tire out we are like what are you going to do. They say that our tire was no good. My husband says we just payed for a service & it was not performed well. Son calls his dad. Dad arrives and starts w/ our tire was "no good, my son did nothing wrong. Dad wasn't even @ shop when they installed our tire so how could he know. They did not give us credit wanted us to pay extra $ even after ruining our tire. My advise, go elsewhere. They robbed us of our $!
