This company has towed our cars from our apartment parking lot multiple times. They have popped a tire and refused to pay for it. The owner is impossible to get ahold of and the drivers who tow the cars are rude and disrespectful. A few nights ago the driver started pointing fingers at me while I was calmly talking to him and then started making irrational comments about "stealing babies" and "respecting the elderly". I have filed a complain with the City of Lowell and I would recomend that no one brings there cars to this place. They are horrible and don't deserve your buisness. I am only giving them one start because the form requires you fill it out, there company is way under 1 star.

This company is a scam for the city. The owner is heartless and does not care about anyone except lining his pockets with CASH only which are his rules. No signs are posted as to calender days or 24hr increments which I questioned and his response was he can do whatever he wants its his business. STAY AWAY IF POSSIBLE

my friend had his car towed twice by these people they are rude they walk around at night with flashlights looking to tow your vehicile they tow it in less than five minutes so watch out.
