Repair/Service: engine from GM Goodwrewnch installed

Grizzly said I was getting a GM Goodwrench motor and that is not what I got. Grizzly charged me more than the estimate of $6,500 by $2,400 without any prior notice.. It is not the motor he promised. It leaks oil that is estimated to be more than a thousand dollars just to fix the leaks. The "Check Engine" light had never come on before and since his work on it, he has never been able to fix it. Right now the car is inoperable and the GM Factory Warranty is not valid like he promised, which he gave me documentation for.

After the kind of product he promises is so different than what he delivers, I cannot trust him to do anything on my car. He's dented some of the metal inside the driver's door jam while trying to fix door alignment with a board, that and other suspicious "new" problems with my car have arisen after I have taken here.

I am a disabled veteran and need this car to see my elderly parents near Sacramento California on a moments notice if illness arises again. I needed this to be what he promised me. He knew I had disability money and used fraud to get more than $9,000 of it.

I have a Dodge truck that started having odd noises coming from under the hood and he changed my muffler without telling me he was doing it. Surprise, that'll be $150! I still have these odd warning noises, so he did work I didn't approve of that did not correct the problem.

He has you sign the agreement to have the work done after he does the work, to pick up the vehicle, so he can do anything and then you agree to it. This

Repair/Service: New brakes and oil change

Hourly Rate: $25

Total Cost: $223

I had new brakes put on and brought my own synthetic oil and Grizzley gave me great service and a great price. He also gave a great discount for bringing my own oil. Ten bucks for the oil change and new filter. He also topped off all my fluids. The brakes work great. All the work was done in a few hours. Great price and great service. Will use Grizzley's from now on!
